BCT Ventures launches as India’s first AI-native consumer brands platform, starting with nutrition and wellness; raises INR 42 crore seed funding led by 3one4 Capital
Funding will strengthen Nucleus, Resonance and Meridian, BCT Ventures' three proprietary AI engines powering protocol-first product development, practitioner-led owned distribution and AI-led growth.
National | 4thJul 2026: BCT Ventures, a consumer brands platform that is AI-native across the value chain of insights gathering, product development and go-to-market, today announced its official launch and an INR 42 crore seed investment led by 3one4 Capital. The Company will start with nutrition and wellness, using Nucleus, Resonance and Meridian, its three proprietary AI engines, to build scalable and profitable consumer brands around protocol-led products, owned practitioner audiences and AI-led growth systems. Over time, the Company will apply the same operating thesis to other underserved consumer categories where trusted education, product depth and repeatable growth infrastructure can create category-leading brands.
India’s nutrition and wellness market is shifting to preventive care, with urban consumers moving from generic SKUs to practitioner-backed, protocol-led solutions. BCT Ventures will begin in this underbuilt category, where consumers are paying a premium for longevity, prevention and performance.
Founded by Kashyap Vadapalli, KV Ravishekhar and Anubhav Sonthalia, the Company brings together consumer brand-building, digital growth, audience scaling, M&A experience and a successful venture exit. The founding team has built and scaled technology-led businesses across Google, eBay, Pepperfry, Doubtnut, Vedantu, WPP, Sokrati and Dentsu.
The platform is powered by three proprietary engines:
● Resonance, the Trust and Attention Engine, uses practitioner-led content and AI workflows to build owned audiences and identify emerging consumer needs.
● Nucleus, the Product Engine, converts practitioner expertise, audience demand signals and AI-led whitespace mapping into protocol-first products.
● Meridian, the Performance Marketing Engine, uses AI to compress creative testing, media buying, budget allocation and RoASoptimisation.
Together, these engines create a closed-loop platform. Resonance identifies demand, Nucleus builds the product, Meridian scales growth, and customer data feeds back into each engine to improve the next brand BCT Ventures builds.
Kashyap Vadapalli, Co-founder, BCT Ventures, said, “Over the past two decades, I've had the opportunity to build and scale digital-first businesses. Taking stock, every generation of technology has changed how consumer businesses operate. Digital transformed distribution, data transformed decision-making, and AI will transform how brands are conceived, built, and scaled. BCT Ventures is built on this belief, and we are excited to create alongside like-minded partners.”
KV Ravishekhar, Co-founder, BCT Ventures, added: “Having built and scaled businesses across different stages, one thing has become increasingly clear; Great consumer companies are built by deeply understanding customer needs and executing with speed. AI gives us the ability to do both at an entirely different scale. At BCT Ventures, we're seeking to fundamentally rethink how consumer brands are created, validated and grown.”
Anubhav Sonthalia, Co-founder, BCT Ventures, said: “Every entrepreneur faces the challenge of building faster without compromising on quality or consumer relevance. At BCT Ventures, we've built an AI-native operating system that helps us make better decisions at every stage. From identifying opportunities to launching and scaling brands. We believe this is how the next generation of consumer companies will be built.”
Commenting on the investment, Anand Batra, Investment Team, 3one4 Capital, said: “BCT Ventures is building a new operating model for consumer brand creation, where AI is embedded across insight, product development, distribution and growth from day one. The founding team brings the rare combination of consumer demand creation, audience scale, operational depth and venture-building experience needed to build category-leading brands in nutrition and wellness, and with the platform built to scale into adjacent consumer categories over time.”
